Portland Loves its Coffee (Apparently the Most)

WalletHub compared the largest 100 cities (excluding their suburbs) in the US to see which was the best for coffee lovers. According to their study, PDX came out on top!

There were 12 metrics used in the determination. Each metric was graded on a 100pt scale with 100 representing the best.  The table below shows the metrics with the highest weight and the related results.

Other Metrics included the number of free  Wi-fi coffee shops, the amount of google search traffic for “Coffee,” the number of “Coffee Lovers” meetups, and the presence of coffee-centric events.

The Rose City ended with a total score of 68.62. The close runners up were Seattle, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Orlando, accordingly.
