June 23-25Tacos in the Park Esther Short Park, Vancouver, WA

 

Tacos, craft beer, live music, and tequila. Yes, please! You don’t want to miss this taco festival! The music lineup this year will include Rowena, True Vibez, Coloso, and the Trippy Lips! Not to mention the tastiest local tacos at the best new food festival in the Couve. Eat, drink, and chill while raising money for the ARC of SW Washington

June 24Camas Car Show, Camas, WA

 

Come stroll the beautiful streets of historic Downtown Camas and enjoy the many classic and custom cars and trucks that fill the town. Old favorites and new discoveries in this 16th annual event. Always an exceptionally fun time!

July 4thFourth of July Celebration – Ridgefield, WA

 

The patriotic spirit of America is alive and well in the City of Ridgefield. For 100+ years this small community has celebrated our nation's independence in a big way. Several events to participate in beginning with the 5K/10K starting at 8:00am. One of the best small-town parades starts at 11:00am. The pie eating contest is not to be missed as well as other festivities throughout the day!

July 14-15 – Harvest Days Parade & Festival – Battle Ground, WA

 

Another fun community event happening in Battle Ground, WA. Do you have a cool car from 1980 or older? Travel down Friday evening and show off your wheels in the Harvest Night Cruise. Saturday morning is the parade at 10:00am and vendors throughout the day. Stay until dark for the Fireworks!

July 20-23 – 4 Days of Aloha – Clark Community College & Esther Short Park, Vancouver, WA

 

No time to go to Hawaii this summer? No worries, 4 Days of Aloha are coming to Clark College & Esther Short Park! Cultural workshops, live performances, activities for kids, beer garden, and giveaways. Learn to make leis, learn Tahitian Drum Dancing and so much more! Can’t you taste the shaved ice now? Aloha!

July 21-22 – Camas Days – Camas, WA

 

Camas Days never disappoint! Plenty of activities for all ages starting Friday with the Children’s Parade, Grand Parade Saturday, live music, a street festival, beer & wine garden, and even a Steak Feed too! Come celebrate 100 years of the Camas Library (Stop by too – This is a great library)!

July 22 – MotoSport Pro Motocross Championship – Washougal, WA

 

Looking for something different than festivals but still outdoors? This is a bucket list activity for sure if you live in the area! Washougal MX Park hosts Round 8 of the world’s most prestigious off-road motorcycle racing series. Head up early to enjoy the views of the Washougal River.

July 28-30thThe Craft Beer & Wine Fest – Esther Short Park, Vancouver, WA

 

Come enjoy 60 local craft brews, 100 local craft wines, local craft cocktails, food, and live music in the beautiful setting of Esther Short Park! August 4-6 – Vancouver USA Music & Arts Festival – Esther Short Park, Vancouver, WA

 

Celebrating our region’s exciting arts community, this festival is open to all ages to learn, explore and experience the joy of connecting with arts and culture. Stages, pop-up galleries, family activities, and food vendors will be available throughout downtown Vancouver and Esther Short Park. Celebrate summer with a diverse lineup of local artists and internationally recognized performers. Free and open to all ages!

August 4-13 – Clark County Fair – Ridgefield, WA

 

Do we need to say more? This is your family’s new end-of-summer tradition! If you can make it, bake it, grow it, or show it...There are thousands of categories you can enter in. Quilts, canned goods, sewn masterpieces, works of art, baked goods, and animals. Or just come and enjoy all of the exhibits, catch an event, enter a contest, see a band, or catch a carnival ride.

August 25-27 – Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival – Esther Short Park, Vancouver, WA

 

Who doesn’t enjoy a nice summer afternoon, heading into the evening, sampling some of the best premium wines, craft beers, and tasty eats while taking in some fantastic blues and jazz?  Awarded “Outstanding Tourism Event” by Clark County, the Festival is the #1 Cultural Tourism event in Southwest WA and is “…the largest jazz festival of its kind in the Northwest…” (ABC TV KATU 2, Portland, OR).
